All orders undergo a processing time of one-two business days that is NOT included within the below timeframes 

For orders placed on Saturdays before 12 PM, processing will occur on the same day, ensuring that customers receive their products as quickly as possible.

Wigs are categorized into two types: ready-to-wear units and non-stock items.

Ready-to-wear units typically have a turnaround time of 2-3 business days for processing before shipping as all units come with bleached knots and plucked hairlines.

For non-stock items, a seven-day turnaround applies, as these products require additional time for preparation.

In contrast, in-stock, pre-customised wigs will be shipped the next working day if ordered before 12 PM.

Extensions and lace systems have a turnaround time of five to seven days from the point of sale to delivery. This timeframe accounts for the preparation and shipping of the extensions, ensuring that customers receive high-quality products in a timely manner.

Accessories, which may include various hair care products and tools, have a different shipping policy for customers in the UK.

Items purchased before 12 PM GMT are eligible for next-day delivery, allowing for prompt receipt of essential hair accessories.

In summary, the shipping timelines for all products are as follows:

Uk

• Wigs: Ready-to-wear units - 2-7 days; In-stock items - next working day if ordered before 12 PM (this will apply post processing time) ; Non-stock items - 7 days.
• Extensions: 4-7 days from point of sale to delivery.
• Accessories (UK): Next day delivery for items purchased before 12 PM GMT.

Europe 

• Wigs: Ready-to-wear units - 5-8 days; In-stock items - 5-6 if ordered before 12 PM and postage will apply post processing time; Non-stock items - 7-8 days.
• Extensions: 5-7 days from point of sale to delivery.
• Accessories (UK): Next day delivery for items purchased before 12 PM GMT.

Rest of the world 

• Wigs: Ready-to-wear units and non-stock items - 7-10 days
• Extensions and lace systems: 6-9 days from point of sale to delivery.
• Accessories (UK): Express 3-5 days for items purchased before 12 PM GMT 

It is advisable to consider these timelines when placing orders, especially for special occasions or events.

PLEASE NOTE:

We are not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. Customers are also advised to take necessary precautions whilst entering personal and delivery details. We will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details or shipment addresses, as once orders are sent out there is nothing we can do about any corrections. If in any case an order has been shipped to an incorrect delivery address, or an exchange is honoured, the customer will be held accountable for re-delivery charges.
